Our top priority is helping Hypnoser'ers to experience greater relaxation and a better night’s sleep. If you determine your blanket isn’t the right fit within 30 days, we welcome you to email us a return authorization request.
We ask that you try the blanket for 10-14 days before submitting a request. This will allow your body and sleep patterns to adapt to the Hypnoser blanket. You will then experience the maximum benefits that a weighted blanket can provide.
And if it doesn’t feel quite right, let us know! We’ll give you some tips that have helped many others with similar experiences. Even if you need an adjustment period, you’ll be sleeping like a baby under Hypnoser in short order.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to Hypnoser customer care at: info@hypnoserblanket.com. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Sleep soundly. Hypnoser products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery as well.
