The best starting point is 10% of your body weight. Some people will need more, but with our exclusive stackable feature, you can add more whenever you want.

The pods are 100% cotton. We use safe clear glass beads. The covers are polyester.

The biggest difference is how much more pressure stimulation we can create. Because we use smaller pockets. Other blankets have a lot of wasted space which means the weight is distributed unevenly and you end up not receiving the benefits weighted pressure provides.

The weighted blanket is machine-washable on a gentle setting, better dry clean or hand-wash.

Yes. Hypnoser blankets are not large enough to cover an entire bed. They are designed for you to receive the weight, not your mattress. So they can be used either under or on top of your existing sheets and blankets.

Our top priority is helping Hypnoser 'ers to experience greater relaxation and a better night’s sleep.  If you determine your blanket isn’t the right fit within 30 days, we welcome you to email us a return authorization request.

We ask that you try the blanket for 10-14 days before submitting a request. This will allow your body and sleep patterns to adapt to the Hypnoser  blanket. You will then experience the maximum benefits that a weighted blanket can provide.

And if it doesn’t feel quite right, let us know! We’ll give you some tips that have helped many others with similar experiences. Even if you need an adjustment period, you’ll be sleeping like a baby under Hypnoser in short order.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to Hypnoser customer care at: info@hypnoserblanket.com. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
